Tenmat are delighted to announce that we are able to work with any UK loft insulators taking part in the UK Green Homes Grant (available within England only) which begins today (21st August 2020), providing the Tenmat FF130 Loft Covers.  

The Green Homes Grant allows domestic homeowners, including those in shared ownership properties, access to a voucher of up to £5000 towards the cost of making energy efficient improvements to their property. Improvements covered by the scheme include insulation, low carbon heating and double glazing. The work must be completed by 31st March 2021.  

The Tenmat Loft covers are designed to provide a fire-resistant solution and overcome thermal and vapour transmission into the loft voids when installing recessed lights. The covers are certified “F-capped” in accordance with relevant industry standards and have been tested to both EN/IEC 60598 and EN 60598.1. They are easy to install and maintain sufficient space around the fitting to allow continuous insulation to be laid directly over light fittings, minimising the potential for overheating or fire risk.
