FEROFORM PR82 is a composite material made from woven synthetic fibres which are bonded with resins and a friction modifier. FEROFORM PR82 has high strength, durability, dimensional stability, low friction, and excellent wear characteristics.

A self lubricating material, FEROFORM PR82 is often used in place of metal bearings offering a cost saving to equipment manufacturers by eliminating complex lubrication systems. FEROFORM PR82 is suitable for a variety of applications in the offshore and marine industries including deck machinery, crane bearings, fingerboard bushes, and ram head drill bearings.
