FEROFORM PR12 has been developed as a highly cost effective general purpose bearing material to compliment the existing FEROFORM bearing materials. A high performance material with internal lubricants that do not promote electrolytic corrosion, it can be used in a variety of bearing applications including pumps bearings, and cranes.

Its excellent machining characteristics make it particularly suited to economic serial demand applications, and it can be provided in a variety of sized tubes or fully machined components.

An increasing number of pump manufacturers are now substituting FEROFORM PR12 to replace traditional rubber cutlass bearings, as it offers reduced stick slip, reduced bearing and shaft wear, as well as improved fuel efficiency and pump performance.

FEROFORM PR12 is supplied as base tubes or as fully machined items to suit customer requirements.
